It's the flourescent green tire sealer that is very popular. It works too.
There is a whole line of tire repair and maintnenace items - digital and conventional pressure gauges, emergency kits w/pump etc. It's aimed at the retail trade, but there are gallon-size sealant that ag & fleet users would buy.
