Parts Plus (CST) Caps & Stats number change

We have been selling CST under the Stant numbering system. This has changed, CST will no longer print the Stant number on Parts Plus-branded CST product. If you are using the Stant number you will need to change to the CST numbers.

Examples:

STA 10623 = CST 6023. (May read P6023 to designate Parts Plus)
STA 10817 = CST 6817 (P6817 Parts Plus)

I has come to our attention that the pricing information we have been supply you has been inadequate in light of the the changes to the Dorman line. Currently, all SKUs under the DOR line have the same price in P2 - P4. That price gives you a higher margin appropriate for fasteners and small items.

Dorman now offers a number of big-ticket items under their OE Solutions category - Things like Radiator fan assemblies and manifolds. These are in Sublines 6, 11, and 15. Dorman only provides one resale price level, so we are going to give you more realistic numbers in price fields P2 P3 and P4 on these 3 sublines.
The likely change is a reduction in your margin if your Pricing Plan is set to P4. You simply cannot make the same margin on a manifold as you can on a bolt.

Looks like there is some confusion on Gates hose numbers that are purchased in 3 ft sticks. These numbers are priced to be sold by the inch. Mark Wilhelm has sent an update to all the JCON's to fix any problems with pack code or prices. Please inventory and correct any of these type products you may have at the store.
