FALL CAR CARE SALE starts the first weekend of September
Coupons The entire back page plus some of the other items will be "cutout" coupons. To get the sale price on each item, the customer will need to bring in the coupons. The coupon items will be priced even more attractively than usual in an effort to gauge effectiveness fo the flyers. We will need your help this event in providing feedback on the results.
We will be using a new mailing company for stores that still mail (rather than newspaper insert) sale flyers. This company is very willing to work with each store individually and directly to fine-tune your distribution. We are a big account for them so they are motivated. If you are using direct mail, do not hesitate to ask for this help.
Parts Plus Forum Update We have invited manufacturers to post relevant information on our forum. At the bottom of the page:

Option 11.8 PRINT PROMOTIONAL PRICING REPORTS
Parts Plus Sale information is sent to your JCON a few days before a sale starts. This Promo Pricing File includes all the numbers on the sale, sale pricing, and starting and ending dates. It starts sale pricing on the start date, and turns it off at the end date.
OPTION 11.8.1 Print Promotional Pricing Status Report
Tells you what Promo Pricing Files are currently on your system, the start & end dates, and whether it is in progress or waiting.
OPTION 11.8.2 Preliminary Promotional Pricing Detail
This report lists all the items on the sale with the sale prices
OPTION 11.8.3 Print Promotional Pricing Evaluation Report
This report is printed during and up to 10 days after a sale. It has a lot of good information abut how much well this sale worked for you. This is a valuable report that self-destructs after 10 days. PLEASE print this out and go over it with your salespeople and your WM rep. If possible, send a copy to Rex at WM Corp. This information is very valuable in planning future sale events.
OPTION 11.9 Post Promotional Prices
Sale Flyers went out a day early? If you already have the file on your system (Option 11.8.1) then you can post it and start using the sale prices immediately. If you do not have it we may be able to send it to you early.
JCON Upgrade Promotions are applicable to non-JCONs as well. If you want the advantages JCON offers this is the best time ever to get one at a good price.
